DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE TO TAKE A CLASS?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors provide guidance and modifications so beginners feel welcome and supported.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are ideal, but athletic shoes work as well.

DO I NEED SPECIAL CYCLING SHOES?

Cycling shoes are optional but recommended for better performance and comfort. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats and athletic shoes.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first class so our team can help you get set up and comfortable on your bike.

CAN I TAKE A CLASS IF I’M PREGNANT?

Yes, many expectant mothers cycle safely throughout pregnancy. Please consult your doctor and inform your instructor before class.
